The other location is under your AppData folder. On Windows, pull up the start menu by hitting the Windows key, or clicking in the bottom left corner. Then, look up “%AppData%.” From there, navigate through to AppData > Local > Riot Games > Riot Client > Logs, and delete all logs.

This should free up a bunch of disk space, and solve all your crashing issues since the Patch 10.7 update. If it doesn’t, double check no Riot Games processes are up in your Task Manager, and give your computer a quick restart for good measure.

This problem should only be affecting Windows users and not Mac users. However, if you are experiencing crashes on the Apple operating system, hunting down your League logs folder and deleting all files should do the trick.
